Beauty Defined Salon Has employed energized licensed professionals who have excelled in their individual trade and are creative team players. It is our goal to provide each client with an excellent experience as we service you. Here are a few salon policies that will help us to better service you: 

Please Arrive on Time for your appointment

Always consult with one of our professional stylists when undecided about trying a new style.

Late Arrivals: To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation: We require 24 HOURS notice of cancellation. There will be a fee added to your next service. For No call, No show you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED in the salon unless being service with a pre-booked appointment.
